How we work
How we work – from first conversation to deployed AI solution
Implementing AI vision in industrial production requires more than just technology – it demands a deep understanding of processes, people, and environments. That’s why we’ve developed a working method that combines strong technical expertise with hands-on experience from real manufacturing operations. We always start with your needs – not with a ready-made product. We believe in building solutions together, step by step.
1. Discover – We start with the real problem
Every collaboration begins by listening. We meet with you to understand the specific challenge in your production – such as recurring quality issues, manual inspections, unplanned downtime, or operator strain.
Our strength is quickly identifying where AI vision could make a real difference – and when it’s not the right tool. This saves time and builds trust.
2. Scope – We make a realistic assessment
Once the problem is defined, we evaluate: , we do a first technical and business review:
– Can the deviation be seen on camera?
– Is there sufficient data?
– What is the potential business impact if we solve it?
Based on the material you share with us – often in the form of videos, images, or logs – we carry out an initial analysis.
For more complex cases, we offer a pre-study as a separate service. We collect data on-site, analyze the environment, and deliver a fact-based recommendation before you commit to a pilot or full project.

3. Prototype – We prove that it works
If the conditions are right, we develop an initial solution – often as a pilot in real production. We train an AI model using your actual production data, integrate cameras, and visualize deviations through a simple interface.
This is a critical phase where we test performance, collect operator feedback, and refine the system to strike the right balance between accuracy and usability.
4. Development – We build the full system
Once we know it works, we build a complete solution – including hardware, AI models, and software tailored to your environment. That includes:
– Robust performance for demanding industrial settings
– Integration with your existing control systems (e.g. PLC)
– User-friendly interfaces for operators
We work closely with your team throughout the process – keeping you informed and involved at every step.
5. Deploy & Integrate – We implement without disruption
We install and commission the system in your production line with minimal interruption. This often runs in parallel with existing routines until everything is stable. Once you're ready, the AI system can automatically trigger alarms or send signals to your control systems.
6. Support & Improve – We follow up and optimize
Deployment isn’t the end – it’s the beginning. We monitor performance, retrain the model as needed, and help you scale to additional stations or facilities. The goal is long-term value – not just a one-off installation.
