AI Vision Sweden AB (“we”, ”our” or ”us”) is the controller for the personal data we process about you. We respect your right to privacy and it is important for us to be transparent with which personal data we process about you and why. This policy therefore informs you how we process data and how you can exercise your rights.

Personal data we process
The main part of the personal data we process about you is data you provide us with voluntarily, such as name, email address, job title and phone number. We may also collect data from authorities or other public registers if required or necessary for the actual purpose.
We also use cookies and other tracking technologies when you visit our website and when you interact with us using the contact form on our website, to optimize your experience with us, our products and our website. For more information, please read our cookie policy.
Purpose and lawful processing
We process your personal data mainly for one or more of the following purposes:
- to administer a contract with you or a customer or supplier where you are our contact person,
- to reply to a question or request from you,
- for marketing purposes, and/or
- if you apply for a position with us.
The lawful purposes for processing your personal data are as follows:
- consent,
- our performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract,
- to fulfill a legitimate interest where we consider that the legitimate interest outweighs your interest of rights and freedoms, such as marketing of our services.
We never process your personal data for automated decision-making.
Transfer or sharing your personal data
We do not usually share any personal information to any third parties except when you have consented to us sharing the personal data or it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
We may also transfer your personal data to our suppliers of services such as IT-suppliers who process data on our behalf.
We will not transfer your personal data outside of EU/EES without safeguarding your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
How long to we process your personal data?
We store your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purpose we collected the personal data.
This means for instance that if we have collected your personal data where you are the contact person for one of our customers or suppliers, we only process your personal data as long as the company you work for is either a customer or supplier and a period of two years thereafter.
Personal data about job applicants will be stored during the recruitment process and for a period of 6 months thereafter unless you consent to our storage of your personal data for a longer period.
Personal data that is processed in order to market our business will be stored for a period of twelve months from the last contact with you. If you de-register from newsletters or similar, your personal data will be erased.
Data security
It is important to us that your personal data is not revealed to unauthorized persons and have therefore implemented, and continuously implement, appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorized access.
Your Rights
You have several rights regarding your personal information. These rights include:
- Right to Access: You have the right to receive information of whether we process personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you.
- Right to Rectification: If any of the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or completion of your data. If we notice that any personal data concerning you is incorrect, we will rectify or complete such personal data.
- Right to Erasure: Also known as the “right to be forgotten,” you can request the deletion of your personal information when there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it. This right applies under certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information under certain conditions, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to our processing.
- Right to Data Portability: You can request that we provide you with your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information when it is based on our legitimate interests, direct marketing, or for research and statistical purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that we have not complied with data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the European Union (EU) member state where you live, work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our processing of you personal data, you can lodge a complaint to Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (www.imy.se/en/) or the supervisory authority in the country you live or work.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website.
