AI Vision Sweden and Bharat Forge Kilsta have initiated an innovative development project to automate the detection of quality deviations in production using trained AI models.

The current process, which involves manual inspection, will be modernized by complementing it with AI-driven image analysis. This will allow future detections to occur faster, more safely, and more consistently. The project will deliver both hardware and software that support AI-driven inspections.

“By integrating AI models into our inspection process, we can improve both efficiency and safety while reducing the workload of operators and creating a more data-driven work environment,” says Fredrik Lindblom, Strategic Purchasing Manager at Bharat Forge Kilsta.
